1. Service Usage Requirements

• It is your responsibility to keep your account information secure and report any unauthorized use.
• You must provide valid and up-to-date contact information.

2. Subscription and Payments

Services are billed in advance and renew automatically until you decide to cancel. ESFOREXVPS may update prices or plans, but active customers with existing contracts will maintain the original terms during their contracted period.

2.1 Payment Methods

• It is the user's responsibility to keep payment methods updated.
• We are not responsible for recurring charges due to user errors in external subscriptions.

2.2 Payments in USDT (Tether)

When the user makes payments using USDT or other stable cryptocurrencies, they acknowledge that refunds will be subject to network fees at the time of processing. Due to fee volatility and blockchain network operations, the refunded amount may be less than the original deposit and may not exactly match the initially sent amount. The user agrees that such differences do not constitute liability for ESFOREXVPS.

3. Proper Use of Services

The VPS and other services may only be used for legal and authorized purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Distributing malware or viruses.
• Illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Offensive, discriminatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

3.1 Support Account

All ESFOREXVPS VPS accounts include a secondary account with local access only. This account is used exclusively to provide technical assistance when authorized by you, enabling tasks such as:

• Quick and secure troubleshooting.
• Diagnosis and maintenance of the VPS to ensure proper functioning.

Using this account is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time. Keeping it active allows our team to provide support more efficiently.

If you choose to disable it, you will still have full control over your VPS, although some technical support tasks may require additional steps or coordination with our team.

4. Liability and Limitations

ESFOREXVPS does not guarantee financial benefits, trading results, or protection against external losses. Use of our services is at your own risk. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the month preceding the event that triggered the claim.

5. Suspension and Termination of Services

• If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• If unresolved for 7 days, the account may be permanently deleted.

6. Refunds

Refunds apply only to new services within the first 5 days after activation, and only one product per customer. Any additional fees for installation, licenses, or complementary services may be deducted from the refund.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any conflict or disagreement related to our services, the client is asked to first contact our support team to seek an amicable and quick resolution. Our team will make every effort to resolve any issue efficiently.

If no agreement is reached after this process, ESFOREXVPS reserves the right to take any legal or contractual measures deemed necessary to protect its interests and ensure the proper functioning of its services.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, software, trademarks, and logos are owned by ESFOREXVPS or its licensors. No commercial use or reproduction rights are granted without express authorization.
